Retrofit, Upgrade & Reverse Engineering

Extending the life of existing plant: replacing obsolete controls, adding instrumentation and data logging to manual equipment, re-engineering unavailable parts from a sample, and upgrading capacity, safety or accuracy on machines already in service.

Machines already in service represent capital that should keep working. Where the mechanical structure is sound, a control replacement or an instrumentation package can return a machine to productive, documented use for a fraction of replacement cost.

Parts that are no longer available are re-engineered from a sample, drawn, manufactured to the measured tolerance and supplied with drawings so they can be reordered.
