Trolley-mounted, on-site cylinder filling system

A self-contained, mobile high-pressure compressor engineered to deliver dependable cylinder filling wherever the work takes you.

Powered by a 3.3 kW single-phase electric motor, the system builds pressure up to 150 bar at a rated flow of 4 LPM, running directly from a standard single-phase supply with no three-phase installation required.

All operating functions are grouped on a single brushed-metal control deck: a precision pressure adjustment valve, an easy-to-read pressure gauge, a power switch with LED status indication and a dedicated on/off button. Behind the controls, an integrated protection system stops the motor automatically on overload or once filling pressure is reached, while an adjustable relief valve provides independent protection against over-pressurisation.

Mounted on a robust wheeled frame with a 100 ft cable reel, the unit moves easily between workshop, service bay and job site.
